How do I pay for an order I place in your Dinsdale5thAvenue.com?
Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards are accepted as payment for orders from this site. Debit or ATM cards with a credit card company logo, such as VISA and MasterCard are also accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques or money orders at this time.

Does Dinsdale accept international orders?

Dinsdale offers worldwide shipping on all products.

We accept major credit cards from both domestic and foreign banks through our secure store.

Shipping prices for international destinations will be presented during the checkout process.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed immediately but please allow up to three weeks for delivery during busy periods.

You will receive automatic updates of the status of your delivery by email.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

What if I change my mind about a purchase?

Your satisfaction is a top priority for Dinsdale, therefore we offer a no-nonsense money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the item or issue a refund upon its return.

Please note that in most circumstances we cannot refund the cost of delivery.

Does Dinsdale test on animals?

No. Dinsdale does not use animals to test its products, and does not have animal testing conducted on its behalf by anyone else. Instead, Dinsdale ensures product safety through state-of-the-art testing methods on human volunteers.

Can I receive a brochure with your products?

Can Dinsdale provide samples for my conference, seminar, bridesmaids, or party, or so that I can try products before purchasing?

We're sorry, Dinsdale samples are not available for general distribution upon request. Periodically, sample offers are made to our existing customer members.

If you desire to try before you buy, please know that it is our policy to accept returns or exchanges. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased, simply return the unused portion to us for exchange or refund less the cost of delivery.
