If you work for someone, that itself is risky. When do you know if you are going to get laid off, fired, something is going to happen on the job that will put you off of work? Job security is almost zilch. With todays economy, any company may get downsized. Risky. As said before, downsizing can happen to any company right now.
Risk is just a natural part of life. It is something that everyone is going to have to risk and hope for the best. Why avoid entrepreneurship for the risk when everything bears such a risk? The best thing to do is to learn from your mistakes and fix it and get back on your feet. If you fall, and fall hard, get up. If you dont get up, you fail permanently. If you get back up, you can try, try again. Here are some tips to get a leg up on other racers.
Marathons demand a lot of energy. Without proper nutrition or hydration, you risk your body of illness or injury. To make sure you have enough energy to take you to the finish line, follow these guidelines.
1.5 to 2 hours, 24 calories per pound of your weight. 2 to 3 hours, 30 calories per pound of your weight.
